Hello sir this information is regarding to jio Money app problems
On 29 March 2017 I tried to do my jio recharge of rupees 303 from jio Money app the recharge was unsuccessful but the money was deducted from my account so they send me a notification in this notification there right that if you are money is detected they will return this money within 2 days

So on 30 March 2017 I think that they will give my money return in 2 days so I tried again to do my recharge of rupees 303 of jio number again on 30 March 2017 but this time again the recharge was unsuccessful but again they deducted money from my account and send me again and notification to give my money back in 2 days

On 31st March early morning one message is came from jio that your recharge of rupees 303 was successful I think that one recharge was successful and other recharge money was returned by jio
But when I check my account information there is no any return money given by jio money
I tried many times to call Customer care of jio money but no one can pick my call I also tried by email them but they dont give reply of my any email
Today is 4 April 2017 till now I don’t receive any return or any information regarding my refund money from jio money
