My name is Anoop.S Nair. On 25.10.2021 ,Monday at 11.33 am , Rs.979 was transferred from my account to the account of myPANgram for recharging JIO prepaid sim. But the recharge was not successful and the amount of Rs.979 was not refunded yet. My JIO prepaid sim card number is 6282693306. The money transfer was done through State Bank of India -YONO -SBI application. The transaction details is as follows – 25 OCT 2021 TRANSFER TO 4899880162094-INB myPANgram- 5842488831GAMHCOGIO . Kindly do necessary actions from your side for refunding Rs.979 back to my State Bank of India Account. I am working in Government of Kerala as Deputy Director , Department of Industries And Commerce . Thank you.
