I have placed an uninstallation request for my Jio fiber connection more than a month back, I’m continuously getting new request numbers every day, but my set up box is not yet picked.
It is really urgent as I’m getting transferred to some other location and this set up box need to be surrendered before I go, Reliance is also holding my security deposit of more than Rs.1500 which is need to be paid from their end, there must be a closer TAT for all the requests.
