I got jio sim from jio store at narsinghpur MP on 24 Aug and submitted valid I’d proof and 2 photographs but till date sim card not activated please do the needful

When I visited 4times at store for activation related information executive told he can’t do anything because this is free sim card against jio scheme on Samsung 4g handset I also submitted valid offer coupon whose validity date also going to expire on 7 September 2016..

Please do the needful urgently basis… Waiting for reply..
