Hi,

I have ordered a product in Jomso.com. I have received the order recently but it is not as expected as they shown in website. No i want to return the order, they are saying that i can exchange with another product,but in their website they have stated that you can return the order. They asking me to send the product to their address. How can i get my money back?
Can you please help out in this.
