HI,

I purchased Lehenga from Jomso thru COD and I received it with 100 rs extra shipping charges. after receiving it,the Lehenga
quality is very cheap and it is damaged in 3 places.When I gave complaint on Damaged product and requested for refundable amount. the only answer i received was, no refundable amount and only they can give is credit note with non expiry. I used to call them 20- 30 times for my cash refundable. some times they dont even pick my call.I used to call from other number too. Finally after few days got mail I have to return the product with in 7 days as there is no pickup from my place, what ever the courier charges i am spending, that they are going to reimburse it(which is also written in their portal on return policy), I returned the product with in 7 days from the day I received the product. I return the product with express courier chargind 350rs and I sent them bill too for courier. so far i didn’t receive my money 1949rs+100 shipping (for receiving the product)+350(courier sent to SURAT) = 2399. Please help me…

Please stop this kind of frauds from Jomso and please do not encourage this kind of online companies.
