I had also paid Rs.17,500/- as registration fee and undertaken agreement. Done demo work. On live work they provided 50% illegible/unreadable image files. I have requested them to replace these image illegible files. But, the manager himself told to do the work as much as I can. The billing will be done on actual submission of the workload. On submission of workload, they are saying that I have submitted only 66% work. I reminded them to replacement of illegible image files. Then they are saying that accuracy is below 70%. A big fraud has been done with me. They are befooling the inocent poor people. This company is a big fraudulent. Keep away from these people.
As m/s josoft tech has conditionally assured to refund the remaining amount of one slot. Hence, I would like to withdraw my above complaint subject to fulfill of the assurance of m/s josoft tech accordingly.
