I have paid Rs.17,500/- for 01 computer JPG to MS-word project. They had supplied some of illegible/inreadable image/jpg files approx. 40% deliberately in the first work slot. I had requested through the several emails and telephonic conversations to replace the faulty files. But, they did not, told to do as much as I can, the billing of the work will be done on actual submitted work. But on submission of the work they told that the work submitted is below 70%, citing the agreement clause. But, I say that they had send atleast 60% of files unreadable for cheating the poor person, on pretext of the agreement clause and cheated me fraudulently. Hence, I advise all the poor hardworking people to not to fall pray of these cheaters.
