On August 15, I ordered a Roti Maker and paid the entire amount with a credit card. Order number: S0001 O*** The product was supposed to be delivered within seven days according to the terms and conditions.
I’ve been diligently following up via email and have made several calls. They are not delivering the product or issuing refunds.
They told me the product wasn’t available 3 days ago and that they would refund my money, but they haven’t done so yet.
Seems like a fraudulent business.
