At present i am residing in noida, Uttar Pradesh. I need your help I don’t know where to complaint in this region without knowing anyone. Sir I have ordered TV from just jaldhi website there was an offer for Haier Tv 32 inches.
So I place an order for Rs. 7739 after cross check with customer service lady but next day they told me that product is not available if you pay 2000+ Rs. more I will place an fresh order for non branded tv same 32 inches.
I paid what they have ask because I don’t want to lose my 7000+ So now I place a new order of Rs.9999. Their customer service lady assured me that the shipping details as I am asking for the tracking number.
They told the product is NA again you have to place fresh order for new one that is indi Tv 32 inches Rs.11999 you have to pay 1000Rs more I asked them to cancel my order refund.
Repeatedly asked me to purchase the product so I cancel my tv and ordered redmi phone 2gb phone for rs.8499 which is not worth but I need to get something back but that is also not delivered ask me to call a person pradeep no chat on whatsapp as a lady why I should call a person they torturing me mentally.
Please help me to take action against the just jaldhi website and the customer service persons. Sir I have the proof for the fake product they sell for the same product they charge different price. Please do the needful.
