I have ordered stitched kurti and dupatta but they have sent unstiched suit with different colour pattern and quality I want to return my product and want my money back.

Iam selected saree material is different. So i need my money
We are selected material is different so i need my money
I have ordered a stiched churidar from kalakari-565192-(varient: 2xl). and I got 6th october and I paid Rs 800 for this churidar, when I opened it, not that churidar I have ordered ,a Saree instaed of a churidar.
In 6th october the same day I sent an E- mail to kalakari.com for return the product
But now adays no reply to me about the retun product . Sir please resolve the problem ,
return the Saree and resend the amount
