Dear sir,
I had purchased karbon a10 on 07.12.2018 after using handset for some days I came to know it’s not working fine and I went to customer service centre at abids on 09.02.18 (job no.KUL4TG001J11079) after they checked it and told that handset having problem with mother board we will replace it in 1 week but till no response from them whenever I m going they are saying it will come hy tomorrow.
I request you to please look into this and do the need full.
