I have order to KartaBazar by website on 24-01-2020 for THOR 5 PRO Ceramic Bezel Smart Watch for Rs.1499/- (order no KAB-3346). I received the Normal Sports Watch (Cost of Rs.499)on 27-01-2020 but totally fake product (duplicate). I several time try to contact customer care. But No Response.

i have orderd to techzofferby website on 07-10-2020 for Thor 5 pro zeblez for Rs. 1499/- (ordered no TZO-3749).and I receive the Y1S smart watch cost RS. 1499 but I don’t like this model on 08-10-2020 but this is different product .i server time customer care number. But no response
