On 18/08/2019, I traveled from Visakhapatnam in Kaveri bus(Service no – AR01G7676 Hyderabad) was broke-down at Ravulapalem around 11:30PM. Small Kids, Women, Senior citizens every one got to wait until morning 4:30AM on high way but Kaveri travels didn’t planned for alternate transportation though we request the management multiple times. One child was suffering with high fever however Kaveri travels was irresponsible. We got to arrange our own transportation to reach Hyderabad and few of us returned back as it will late to Hyderabad and need to attend online meetings. This is one of the worst service I have came across. Myself spend Rs.10,000 for return bus , Taxi and next day flight.
