I ordered a dress with COD. After receipt of the dress I realised that the dress does not fit and so I ordered for exchange. The faulty dress piece was collected by the Courier services with an assurance of replacement with correct size. Its been a month now since I handed over the faulty dress and did not receive the correct size. There is no contact number only the insta page of Kendiee where they do not reply to any of my messages. I have lost an amount of Rs.2750/- over this fraud.
