I placed an order worth 4195 and received horrible clothes, as it was a COD, they did not refund me in my bank account even after several requests, they sent the money in the Kendiee wallet, then again I placed an order worth somewhere around 2000 and again I received horrible like literally pathetic quality clothes, this time I was very disappointed, so I asked then to refund my full amount that is 4195, they said they will refund and asked me to wait 24-48 hours like almost everyday, when I tried to reach out to them on a regular basis to take reverts, they blocked me!!! And since then it’s been a month and more and I haven’t received any proper revert and my reimbursement. I want my money!! This company is fraud!!! Exceptions are always possible, I shared them the images as well but they weren’t accepting anything!!!
