Hi,
I have ordered one product with Rs. 1999/- from key4deal.com website as I got call from there sales person. I have made payment via paytm. After payment I called many times to confirm the status of my order customer care didn’t help. Finally they replied me on email with wrong tracking DTDC id which was containing wrong product. So I asked them to cancel my order . Every time they said 10 min after will get an email. but I didn’t gave any confirmation. Now after 7 days they are saying my number is not registered with them. Even I am trying to login site it’s not working. I have been cheated and and want to file a complaint against such a fraud company. Please take a serious action against it.I have their order invoice also. Please find bellow details.
