First they offered me a product of Rs 1299 which I purchased which is not delivered till now then after that they have said you are offered a prize bajaj pulsar by our company which could be transferred as cash and they made me to pay Rs. 19218 for getting prize which was 12 % of bike’s on road price according to their representative.After that are again demading 16% of Rs. 153750 as NOC and they are telling wrong things and send a wrong receipt of partial purchase which did not mention any product.When I said to refund my amount I do not want any prize they started lieing and are not interested to refund. They are just blaming about live contest rules and me, wrongly. Today they again send a mail regarding two products to be send to my address which I did not ordered. Under the mail there were option to agree, partail agree and not agree. I choose not agree. After choosing option was gone. I made two mails in reply for refund my amount. Called twiced at their number written in mail within 10 minutes but they did not received.Please help me to recover my amount and save others from fraudulent activities performed by key4deal.com by calling and fooling them.

I had purchased many products from the Key4deal. Normally I am doing shopping during the offer period and occasions like Diwali, new year, Raksha Bandhan etc. During Diwali festival, I bought one mobile and 2 jeans. Among them, I got one mobile in fault condition so we contact with the key4deal costumer care.They have taken instant action and give me the replacement only in 3 days.
The packaging service of the Key4deal is excellent. Keep the good service continues.
