Dear Sir/Madam,

I have 2 complaint with www. key4deal.com online shopping.

(1) I m not received Oder # 1499759696 till now while I m trying to call on given number(011- 49027915) they are not picking the call.

(2) key4deal.com gift department call me from no(011-49069379) and told me that they had gift for me and need to pay RS.(5475) order ID BPL1V1X2 for service Tax through just dial getaway, but after payment here was no acknowledge or receipt of the order, even not picking the call.. I have a recording of the conversation with customer executive for prof.

Thus please take the necessary action against him.
