My name is nitesh.I have ordered a leather bat(Order id-OR_133736)from Khelmart for the price 1890…when I got the bat, I saw the bat is broken, then called the Khelmart customer service immediately… After no of mails they called me…the funny part is that when I said that bat handle is broken, (one of the representative name-damini) is saying nothing will happen to your bat, this is a quality product. You can play with it easily…I have tried convince her that this is not a tennis ball bat…halnde is broken …bats condition is not good…it would cost around 1000 to repair it, but she still giving the same excuses and when I asked about my refund she didn’t respond to my mails or calls…what a great faud cheap marketplace(khelmart) is this…I regret my decision of choosing this site over flipkart, Amazon…every day I am sending mails & calling them but they are doing nothing…days are passing by, till now now didn’t receive refund or replacement…
