Hello
I need an urgent response to my email as I have been waiting for 6 months for the clothes to come from Ludhiana to Australia.
I bought Indian clothes last August,2016 but still not yet received my clothes to Sydney.
I had my brothers wedding and so me and my sister went to India with my brother last year in August,16.Most of the wedding shopping and shopping of gifts were done at Kirti Arts in Ludhiana
Pawan was the person that most attended us.
He charged me $10,000 australlian dollars for the clothes that I bought from him. My sister and brother would have paid around that too.Pawan charged us a lot higher rate than locals.
We didn’t mind to pay extra as we believed that he would provide us with good service.
We returned to Australia on the 26th August,16.
Pawan promised that he will send our shipment of clothes and utensils to Australia within a month. Now it has been more 6 months, still not yet received my full
clothes.
At this stage we don’t even remember what we bought and what we don’t have as it has been too long. Pawan is demanding money for the courier but we have not yet receive the last shipment.I have waited more than 6 months to get my clothes and yet not received it.
I have waited for this long for my clothes and surely Pawan can wait for 2 weeks for the payment.Pawan will only get payment till I get my shipment.
Once I get all the clothes in Australia and I am happy with all my clothes then only I will make a payment to you. Also I think I should not make any payment as you were not able to provide us with any service, Firstly you overcharged us and you lied to us that everything will be sent to us in a month. I think a person
like Pawan should not be operating the Indian business. I think it is a shame to an Indian community.
