I have ordered a product containg smart watch and a power bank.Bt after receiving the package i found that the watch isfake and it is a kids watch worth rs.30 range.when i tried to return the product,knockoffdeal.com requested to fill a form.in that it is must to provide order id and product code.but in the form these fields are uneditable.they doesnt provide any other way of communication.here I’m providing the details of the order
