Just a little advise. Please beware to Join KUMAR GROUP OF INDUSTRIES promoted by Mr. SHIV KUMAR who is a BIG FRAUD. He lures good people from outside Rudrapur, offer them employment offering sky rocketed CTCs whichg employees never get & keick them out in 15 days of joining of the candidates. Even females joining this company are no exception. I blame Mr. Shiv Kumar of one thing only that he never came transparent to his loyals also.
Being a true professional, I strongly believe that being a small world, we will come face to face once again (as you are hiding now). And i hence request others who are reading this article to be beware of Mr. SHIV KUMAR from KUMAR GROUP OF INDUSTRIES, RUDRAPUR.
He had stolen the provident fund amount of his own employee. You all will be surprised to know that the attrition rate of Kumar Group is more than 80%. Because of his such shameful act all the people in company had suffered a lot. He will go to hell, and we wish GOD bless him with Ulcer, Cancer, Harnia, paralysis, Diabetes, B/P, Heart attack, poverty…His management was hell.

Prachi singh ji, this has happened to me as well. I wasted my 4-5 days in various rounds of interviews. lastly they called me to their rudrapr office, and visit to their various plants.The driver who took me was loud mouthed.Seemed like he never worked with, or seen some ‘Incharge’ kind of person. Plants were in horrible condition. Though they were not short of money, they still used outdated and desi machines.In the evening I was taken to their home and The CMD and the Other Director (his son) were reviewing situation. The director, Mr Sourabh, was apparently very arrogant and adamant in what evr belief he had. However the CMD was found to be judging things quite sensibly. Then all of a sudden some top official was about to visit them. Both of them told me to stay for few more days. Their HR ppl were taking me to their guest house, but on the way they told me to go back to Delhi.They suggested that would be better for me. It was some type of comedy to me. I still regret my all those days wasted with them.
The company now known as LSC Infratech, really having a poor structure of employees, i just faced a similar situation from LSC inratech.
I had given interview there for 3 round, first preliminary round, second technical round and third Final round with CMD-Mr. Shiv Kumar, they given me final offer for selection and instructed to visit their Rudrapur Plant. All these communication was done by their Corporate Manager-HR, Mr. Rajeev Jha.
After Dewali weekends, Mr. Rajeev Jha left the organization due to internal problem on organization and there comes a new HR-Guy, Mr. Gaurav, he dont need married girl who works under his guidance, he need only unmarried girls, which i came to know when i was sitting outside his cabin and he was telling this with his friends on phone.
When CMD-Shiv Kumar interrogated about my joining, this newly came HR guy-Mr. Gaurav again scheduled my interview which was a fake interview, all the time he was asking why you have done HR, why you for which i need to revisit them again and finally he said he want candidates as per his choice, he rejected my candidature.
I felt so frustrated and hence i am writing this here, based on there communication i given notice to my present organization, and now they are going back to their earlier confirmation…

It seems fishy that everyone started taking back their comments from 2nd of May. I believe that’s when KUMAR GROUP OF INDUSTRY / INDUSTRIES, (now LSC INFRATECH or LSCINFRATECH ) Rudrapur, actually saw these postings.
Nevertheless, I would just like to tell you if you can do YES SIR, YES SIR and can work in a most horrible environment possible then this is a place to work. There are only few things missing with this company i.e. Professionalism, Ethics, Policies, Operating Procedures, Vision & Respect. Rest everything is present such as Domination, Grief, Tears & Frustration.
But you should meet the cartoon (CMD) once, as its once in a lifetime event and would stay in your memory for long long time. Meet the CMD (Shiv Kumar) and you would understand as you would start feeling contaminated with his worst communication skills and lowest IQ. He would tape your interactions on Video Camera and would make Junior Team Members in the interview panel so that they can nod(yes sir) on every bullshit he yields out of his Loud/Big Mouth.
CLARIFICATIONS BY Mr. H.N. GUPTA ( HR CONSULTANT ) FOR MY MISS UNDERSTANDINGS
1. They will not issue any appointment letter on joining and takes lot of declarations from the newly joined employee to trap him from all the directions.
CLARIFICATION : TOTALLY WRONG DUE TO SOME HR DEPT. DELAYS SOME APPOINTMENT LETTERS MIGHT HAVE DELAYED. AS PER THE PRESENT MARKET PRACTICES ONLY ALL THE DECLARATIONS ARE BEING TAKEN
2. They take an undertaking to deposit one month’s salary as security deposit or they will deduct @10% from your monthly salary and it will never be given back to the employee. They will not respond to the employee after leaving about that security deposit.
CLARIFICATION : TOTALLY WRONG FOR EVERY SUCH DEPOSIT INTEREST ALSO BEING PAID AFTER ALL LEGAL DEDUCTIONS.
3. They never pay salary before 20th of any month. They have adopted this un ethical practice in order to stop the attrition as per them. Poor Management is not aware that it is totally against to the law and such practice is tremendously damaging the image of the company in the market. CMD – SHIV KUMAR thinks by adopting such great policies he can hold the employees in his grip. But why is not realizing that due to these un ethical policies only his company became un famous and no good employee is showing interest even to join. He should realize that with good HR practices he can stop attrition and also get good people in his group.
CLARIFICATION : THE USUAL TIME OF SALARY PAYMENT IS 7TH. IN SOME CASES IF DELAYED IT IS CLEARED BY 20TH.
4. They remove employees indiscriminately by stating the name of performance but the CMD had no idea what is definition of performance. The safety of the employee is totally on his mad mood.
CLARIFICATION: TOTALLY WRONG CMD IS THE BEST PAY MASTER AND EXPECTS BEST PERFORMANCE
5. If any one speaks against their un fair and un ethical practices they terminate that person immediately. No full and final settlement to any one.
CLARIFICATION : TOTALLY BASE LESS MANAGEMENT FOLLOWS OPEN FORM FOR ANY MATTER
6. When employee leaves the organization they never pay the earned salary and other dues and full and final settlement. They take a declaration from every employee while joining that they do full and final settlement on 40% when you resign. This we personally found from the present and ex-employees of this fraud company.
CLARIFICATION: NOT CORRECT IF EMPLOYEE LEAVES BY NOT HANDING DOCUMENTS AND PAPERS IN A PROPER SHAPE AS PER THE APPOINTMENT AGREEMENT BASIC IS BEING PAID.
7. The employees sticking to this organization are totally in a pathetic condition since they could not get a market job they are compelled to be with this stupid company. Indirectly they got trapped in this group.
CLARIFICATION : VERY EFFICIENT AND QUALIFIED PEOPLE ARE IN THIS ORGANIZATION FOR MORE THAN 14 YEARS OF SERVICE
8. CMD – SHIV KUMAR poses like HR Head and he had no abc knowledge what is HR
CLARIFICATION : HR FOLK SHOULD REGARD CMD Mr. SHIV KUMAR THAT HE HIM SELF TAKES CARE OF THE HR DEPARTMENT AFFAIRS. IT REVELS HIS HUMBLE NATURE AND REGARD TO HR DEPARTMENT.
9. Any one before joining this un professional organization are advised to find out from the market and ex-employees do careful study and proceed. I also joined this un ethical organization ignorantly and on knowing about all above things very second day bade good bye to them. So I take this opportunity to all to be aware.

10. CMD – SHIV KUMAR should remember one thing that God is great and he will be seeing all his un ethical activities of him and I am sure one fine day God will punish him. No doubt about it. So I pray God that he should realize and start adopting good HR practices and start providing food to more and more families by expanding his business.

yes..this is so true… they are always looking for people of high quality and offering them a fat package…not less than 10 lacks every time… of course they are constantly kicking them out every month…you can find lots of vacancies in naukri.com and other websites under the banner Kumar Group of Industries.
