UN FAIR LABOR PRACTICES, UN PROFESSIONAL AND UN ETHICAL POLICIES BY KUMAR GROUP OF INDUSTRIES – RUDRAPUR ( UTTARAKHAND) I am also a HR professional got an offer to work with this organization in Rudrapur. With in a day time I have under stood about this un professional company. 1. They will not issue any appointment letter on joining and takes lot of declarations from the newly joined employee to trap him from all the directions. 2. They take an undertaking to deposit one month’s salary as security deposit or they will deduct @10% from your monthly salary and it will never be given back to the employee. They will not respond to the employee after leaving about that security deposit. 3. They never pay salary before 20th of any month. They have adopted this un ethical practice in order to stop the attrition as per them. Poor Management is not aware that it is totally against to the law and such practice is tremendously damaging the image of the company in the market. CMD – SHIV KUMAR thinks by adopting such great policies he can hold the employees in his grip. But why is not realizing that due to these un ethical policies only his company became un famous and no good employee is showing interest even to join. He should realize that with good HR practices he can stop attrition and also get good people in his group. 4. They remove employees indiscriminately by stating the name of performance but the CMD had no idea what is definition of performance. The safety of the employee is totally on his mad mood. 5. If any one speaks against their un fair and un ethical practices they terminate that person immediately. No full and final settlement to any one. 6. When employee leaves the organization they never pay the earned salary and other dues and full and final settlement. They take a declaration from every employee while joining that they do full and final settlement on 40% when you resign. This we personally found from the present and ex-employees of this fraud company. 7. The employees sticking to this organization are totally in a pathetic condition since they could not get a market job they are compelled to be with this stupid company. Indirectly they got trapped in this group. 8. CMD – SHIV KUMAR poses like HR Head and he had no abc knowledge what is HR 9. Any one before joining this un professional organization are advised to find out from the market and ex-employees do careful study and proceed. I also joined this un ethical organization ignorantly and on knowing about all above things very second day bade good bye to them. So I take this opportunity to all to be aware. 10. CMD – SHIV KUMAR should remember one thing that God is great and he will be seeing all his un ethical activities of him and I am sure one fine day God will punish him. No doubt about it. So I pray God that he should realize and start adopting good HR practices and start providing food to more and more families by expanding his business. My purpose of displaying it is not to do any damage or hurt anyone. This is my sincere submission to the candidates going to join this company and to the Management also.
