I have ordered 3 kurtiz set of 899 on 12 July from viewing an advertisement on Google news. I received my parcel on 16 July. I did not even think to check parcel in front of delivery boy because I was doing online shopping many times but never face this type of fraud .So I have given payment. When I opened the parcel that I received had used clothes . How can I refund? It was a worst experience , urgently Google news has to stop these types of advertisement and take legal step against them even help to refund my or like me others amount. As I can see, another complaint given by Ms. Shristi also.
