I have ordered 3 kurtiz who’s actual price was 3199/- and they were selling at offer price i.e 899/-.therefore I placed an order and choose an COD option.
Few days back I hot my parcel , when I opened it i was litterly shocked that the product is not the same as it showed in their website , it was cheap and torn kutiz they had packed . You don’t even need to open the full packet ,you can see that torn kutiz without opening also. This is one kind of fraud which they are doing with genuine customer and making money in wrong way. Don’t know how many customers they have cheated as off now. I have tried to contact the number which they have mentioned in purchase bill but that too is incorrect number / not working number .
I want to take action against them . In today’s scenario even 1000 rupees is also hard to earn and they are taking those hard money without doing anything/ by doing such kind of fraud.
