Lenovo laptop – Not delivered proper product missing accessories

Dear Consumer court,

I(Rajasri adabala) purchased a product (lenovo laptop worth of 39,999/-) on 12 May 2017 with the accessories from Cloud tail sellers in Amazon India in online shopping.
Yesterday(15 May 2017) that product got delivered with damaged package box(it got tared) and without any accessories(Mouse) which they are showing in product description.

I approached the customer care of Amazon, they are insisting me to take replacement instead of refund the amount.
No where it was mentioned that they won’t give refund, If they couldn’t provide any kind of assurance about their delivery of the product.
They didn’t give even COD(cash on delivery) option while ordering.
But they couldn’t provide assurance about the delivery of the product.

I need justice about my money, I want refund of money.
Please support me, I want money refund
