Dear Sir
I’ve submitted my cellphone lenovo A7000 on10th June 2017. As discussed with the customer executive my problem will resolved within 7-15 days.Even they didn’t informed me about that problem.He always says that it will take some time for resolution .
But now 1month crossed my phones problem is not resolved . I need urgent action against.
