I have purchased A new Lenovo Vibe k plus mobile from flipkart. They have given me a defective phone. Its touch is not working properly. even phone is getting Hang. Its a new phone. i have paid for a new set its been hardly 15-20 days. but nobody is ready to take responsibility of this defective phone neither Lenovo neither Flipkart. I have launched complaints in both Brands but nody is bothered. if i have to visit service centre so many times so what is the use of purchasing a new phone. I am ready fed up with this. Can sumbody help me out. I want my phone to be replaced.
