Dear Lenovo Customer Service,
I am writing to express my concern and disappointment with the sturdiness of the screen on my Lenovo Yoga Book 9 , which I purchased on February 2024. While I have been satisfied with the overall performance of the device, the screen has proven to be far less durable than expected.
Despite handling the laptop with utmost care, I recently encountered an issue where the screen sustained accidental damage from what I would consider a major impact. I had to pay for the OOW repair and shell out 550+ pounds. This incident has raised significant concerns about the quality and durability of the screen, which I believe should be more robust given the nature of modern usage and the premium price point of your products.
Given the circumstances, I am requesting that Lenovo provide me with accidental damage protection for my device. I believe this is a fair request considering the lack of sturdiness in the screen, which I consider a design flaw that should be addressed by Lenovo.
I have always chosen Lenovo products for their reputed quality and reliability. However, this experience has left me disappointed and questioning my future choices. I hope Lenovo can address my concerns promptly and offer a solution that reinforces my trust in your brand.
