I have erraniously ordered samsung monitor actually i want a to purchase a Samsung tv i paid the amount by credited card on 23 oct 2017 amount deducted from my account but I haven’t received any order i asked the the company to refunded my amount but company generated order next day and told that for cancellations ot deducte 5% on total order and refunded the amount
