I ordered a Logitech Headphone with boom mic on 20th May, 2020. Despite n no. of calls and mails, LT online store have not delivered the product till now. Nor have they refunded me my money that I paid for the product, in advance.
It is now more than 5 months and they have not delivered. They are such shameless creatures who are not afraid of anyone. There have been so many complaints against them but there has been no action taken against them.
