I was looking for some stationary product and I finally found it on LT Online store.
The price was 290 INR. During checkout I entered all my details including email id. Before payment there was some internet issue and I lost connectivity.
The item remained in my cart online at the server end.
After about 2 – 3 hours when I got back Internet, I checked the details and I noticed that the price was increased to 300 INR.
In the meantime I received an email from them to apply coupon to get 1% discount for the same checkout.
This is just a business tactic. Noticing that customer has delayed the checkout, they have increased the price and applied fake discount.
Be careful while dealing with such online shops
