Order # 20-21-230299 dated 20th May, 2020 placed on LT Online Store, Mumbai Not Delivered Despite Advance Payment

I had placed an online order on LT Online Store, Gr.17, Podar Chamber, Store Lane, Near RBI Bank, Fort, CST, Church-gate, Mumbai-400001.

My Order No. is 20-21-230299 dated 20/05/2020 and I transferred them the full amount of Rs. 1075/- on the same date as given above. They were to deliver my ordered item in 2 to 3 days as mentioned by them.

Since then, I have called on all their phone numbers more than 200 times without any response. Either their phone nos. are busy or they do not pick the phones up. I have not been able to talk to them even once since 20th May.

I sent them tens of emails without any response or acknowledgement. After a long time around 2 weeks back, they sent a mail saying they would deliver my order soon. And now again, they are neither replying my emails or keeping their phones either engaged or they are not taking the calls.

Their phone Nos. are: 022-66356666; 66376666; 22655555; 22692222.

I sense this is a fraud store who take money in advance and then do not deliver the order.
