I ordered an Ink cartridge pricing 5800 for my printer from the site ltonlinestore one week ago.
They didn’t ship item after 4-5 days thoug they said it will be shipped within 5 days. When I called them, they said an exuse and told it will be sent by the day. They will send me the shopping details too. It didn’t happen. Next day I recalled,then they said it was a defect product and will ship it that day. It again didn’t happen. Again I called next day, then they told the product is out-of-stock. I asked for a refund, they asked me to mail them to refund. I mailed, they told they will refund money after deducting 5% cancellation fee. When I asked why such a cancellation fee, as the product was not seen out of stock while order. They said me to hold my call. Holded for ten minutes, finally they said I will get full refund. I am not yet sure will they refund me.
