I placed Order #21-22-272340 Worth रु 680.86 on Jul 2, 2021 01:41 pm through ltonlinestore.com. The order was never shipped and I haven’t received a refund till today.
Initially, there was no response to my enquiries regarding the same. In response to recent enquiries, the seller tells me the order was delivered, which is absolutely false.
I received a call from the store (+912266307777) on Jan 11, 2022 after contacting them through their official Business Account on WhatsApp (wa.me/912222655555). They offered me store credit. I refused because I was never going to order from them again.
They then agreed to process a refund to my bank account and asked for details. I provided those details on the same day but haven’t received a refund yet.
The Owner responded to my Google Review, asking for my order number on Feb 2, 2022. Again, I provided the requested information on the very same day. Haven’t heard back from them.
