Dear sir,
Please be informed that I bought a as stove on 28.01.2017. On Jan 20th 2018 I got a fire incident in my room due to burner leak. I showed a hole in the burner down side to the customer agent in mazyed mall I told him to take this issue as serious case and told him to complaint to the higher authority of the nikai company, as you can see in the picture rust in the burner remains same also the hole is still in the location. Today 30jan I got a message that my item has been serviced, since all the rust persist in the stove I refused to take the item. I cannot play with my life, please take this issue as serious matter and inform the service agent to support the customer not the company. I need the burner to be changed or well serviced. He is forcing me to take the item and use in such a condition. I cannot take risk with my life. Expecting an acrion from your end
