Very very poor response. We never expect like this support from LULU. We did purchase a brand new LG washig machine from Madinat Zayed branch. After 3 months the machine has been stopped working and we made a complaint. After 2 working days the technician had come and checked the product and he verified water goes inside and board has to be replaced. We are not did the problem and mught be water gone inside by mistake. Note the machine is under watranty and we have extended the warranty to one more year and total 2 years. After he left and informed us need money to repair the machine with under warranty. Note down there is no use warranty now. We have visited and contacted so many times and the people always saying will call us back, However no one contacted yet. We did visit the branch and met the manager he also promise will comtact next day. But he didnt yet. We do know how the people care customers and atleast they can response by call or message. We never expect like this response especially from LULU. Please take this issue as a priority for the best customer reviews.
