I first placed the order for a bag on elitify. Com in March. In April, i wasinformed that the product was not available i placed an order for another one. Even that was not delivered and when I asked for a refund they dallied and finally gave me a gift card through which i placed another order.Now it is October and there is no sign of the product or reponse from them.
