I purchased mobile before 1 day & mobile display is not working properly, if I try to start the phone mobile lock is automatically active and I cannot able to use anything.
After that I switch off the mobile & start again mobile display is automatically on and off again I cannot able to use anything same time I book complain to Homeshop18 but did not get any reply from them except auto mail 2nd day I called to homeshop18 customer support & try to book complain. Now they told me to contact LYF Brand customer support 18008909999 directly so I called LYF brand customer support they told me that we are helpless because you purchase the mobile from online portal Home shop18 so we cannot able to help you.
Now I am rooming here and there I do not know who is going to support me so kindly need to book a complaint against Homeshop18 & I suggest no one purchase anything from Home shop18 because they respond pathetically to their customers & tell them to contact directly to brand customer care.
