Hello,
I have serviced in my new honda unicorn 160 2nd service on 29th august. i told the oil change in that service. and i get my vechile after service on that evening. on that day my vechile is get in engine sound heavily. today i went to chengalpet from selaiyur. my vechile engine is cheasing and i will check my oil tank they couldnt change oil. the oil tank also empty. and i have toap it to my vechile from chengalpet. can you please take my complaiant and give me solution.

Hi respective, this is navin , I serviced my honda activa 3G in maansarovar honda service centre nanmangalam dated on 11-03-2023, they charged me 10041rs includes labour and spares, labour alone 3473.68rs including gst. I ridden my bike in morning time only approximate 5km per day didn’t ride in night up to 25th march 2023, on Sunday I rode my activa continuously 20km and i found unusual sound in sliencer like misfiring sound like cracking the crackers and also while returning home in night time I found my headlight brightness glaring to my face through the gap between meter and doom fittings and the next day 27-3-2023 went to the respective service centre i complaint about those and they said we will sort it out , they handover my activa and they said we adjusted air screw in carbourator ride it for few days if the complain occurs again just bring it back sir and we sort it out light glaring to face. I said ok and returned to home. On the same day night around 7pm while wiping my activa I found a paper inside the doom fittings which is not in visible area slightly deeper in the fittings, I removed that paper, and found my head light doom clip is broken and they tried to cheat me by kepting folded paper inside doom fittings for tightness. Today 28-3-2023 I went to the showroom and said about that service manager /incharge he rudely said we are not responsible, u have to tell that on that spot,I said it is not in the visible area it’s deeper inside the fittings how I will will find on that spot after few argument he said we will check by verifying cctv at that time owner of the that service centre visited that branch, later he called me through phone you have to pay for spares we will free our labour, then I asked him, u told that u will verify cctv what about that sir, the manager said we won’t see video,u have to pay for the spare.
I need some clarification if any part is broken by the service centre, customers have to pay for that spare ha?? Is that right
Service manager / incharge name is SIVA kumar talking very harshly .
