I had ordered a book( Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire) on Madrassshoppe.com on 16th March 2022. And paid for the book online by Netbanking. After that there has been no intimation regarding the dispatch or Shipping of the order. There is no response on the WhatsApp no. Given( +91 72008 33323) nor on their customer care email([email protected]).
There is no provision to track the order. If this is a problem being faced by other customers also then this matter should be taken up. Such websites should be reported and not allowed to operate.
