Magic Holidays – Fraud people, fraud company

Sales and Marketing executing makes big promises while making sales of their holiday membership. I am an existing member of Magic holiday. These executives go absconding in nest 2/3 months and you are all left with customer care ( a number to deal with) who does listen to all promises executive made. On the top of that, when you try to book holiday after sufficient payment, they ask for additional/remaining payment saying this is company policy. I have 2 vouchers valid for 6 months which I received while taking membership. I asked executive that I’ll not use the vouchers in next six months so don’t want to take membership now. Upon this, executive promised that, vouchers validity can be extended by simply making phone call to customer care. (badi badi baatein). When I tried to do so, Magic Holidays is asking for complete payment for renewal of voucher saying this is company policy. This was never been told nor discussed nor documented to me. I am not sure, even after compete payment (paid 1.20 lakhs, remaining 30K), I’ll get proper service (reservation and all) in future with Magic Holidays!

If you have better or comparable offer, don’t choose MAGIC HOLIDAYS. They introduce new TERMS and CONDITION and make new POLICIES by MAGIC at any time.
