The proprietor of majestic associates Mr Shashikant Chandrakant Rane is not returning the money I invested in the month of July and August 2016 when it is clearly mentioned in the contract that if the company stops its business for any reason the principal amount will be returned but now it is more than a year and Mr Shashikant Chandrakant is not returning the principal amount. And more over he is only giving cheques which are bouncing this is happening now for a year and when we question him he gives lame excuses as reason for the cheque bouncing
His phone is always not reachable and his staff who has no idea if and when their boss will make my payment ..his office which is located at shop no 42 vasant marvel glory opp. Annex mall western express highway Borivali east . He is telling lies about some trader and lender but in reality he takes money from public in the name of investment and giving good returns and with the money he collects he buys property in sindhudurg district.
I invested 2 lakhs in the month of July and 3lakhs in the month of August 2016 and from the month of October 2016 Mr Shashikant Chandrakant Rane stared giving lame excuses for not paying the profits that he had promised and now it is more than a year Mr Shashikant Chandrakant Rane has not returned the principal amount that I have invested in majestic associates .he is trying to steal my money.
His whole company is based on lies. Right from the very beginning he and his has told lies. First they said that the name of the proprietor of majestic associates is Swapnil Rane but it was lies eventually I came to know that his name is shashiKant Chandrakant Rane. his staff also told hisown name is Rahul but his own name is Rafiq. They said that he does some trading business in car scrap but he buys land with the money the people invest in the company my only request is that Mr Shashikant Chandrakant Rane return the money I have invested in majestic associates .
The money that I have invested in majestic associates is borrowed money for which I am paying heavy interest but Mr Shashikant Chandrakant Rane is not returning the money for more than a year now and I am suffering huge loss .
I have come to know that Mr Shashikant Chandrakant Rane has been cheating people in this way from last many years that is why he tried to hide his real name .
I request to the authorities to help me recover my money back from Mr Shashikant Chandrakant Rane at the earliest.
