You have signed Ad Branding Contract With Majestic Associates for 3 cars on your wife name and for that you have deposited Non Refundable Amount Of 50000/- Right.

Last 10months you have Earned Good Profit Of 750000/- ( seven lakh fifty thousand only ) per month you where getting 75000/- ( seventy five thousand only)

Due to sudden changes in policy and because of demonization of Notes we have stop the contract .and we have issued you notice with request letter.Even though your deposit was non refundable .majestic associates agree to pay your deposit back because majestic associates have stop the contract in middle .But the associate with whom majestic associate have tie up for car contract yet have not Refund back amount to majestic associates .

Then also currently through legal majestic associates have issued you Request notice to wait for some time .But you people are making it mess.

And where is point of cheating let us know and all should know .When you where earning per month 75000/- for 10 months that time why You not blame Mr rane or majestic associates.

What is past of Mr Rane if you don’t have proper details what was case and why it was registered then don’t blindly blame .

For your kind information first of you have earn 750000/- in 10months period .first declare that also and pay income tax for that and later blame that Mr Rane has cheated you.their is no point of cheating to you .instead he his giving you your deposit back which is non refundable mention in agreement.

Secondly for your kind information majestic associates have not received any legal notice from you or from your legal.
