make my trip and air india visakhapatnam
i made a air india flight booking through make my trip, total 4 flights are done in a single ticket for 2 connecting flights for upward journey and 2 connecting flights for downward journey,
one onward flight was cancelled and modified by the airlines side and return journey one connecting flight was fully cancelled by the air lines side, hence i request to cancel because of new timings are not suitable for travel. the airlines agreed to cancel with full refund without incurring any cancellation charges,
after that make my trip was informed that , they have received remarks from air india, that this booking is subjected to apply cancellation charges, actually this tickets are protected by a double black membership (this is own offer by the make my trip, by charging rs. 1299). so , as per this offer , i am also eligible for full refund even i cancel this ticket from my side . even i informed makemytrip to ask for cancellation even intimation before 12 days, they informed that this scheme was suspended. so, eligible tickets are also suspended .
so, now i am approaching telephone support and online support of make my trip, and telephone and online support of air india, but issue was not resolved. air india told that this ticket is eligible for full refund (only acceptance given by oral , but denied to give mail confirmation) but no proper communication received from airindia.
as well the make my trip is also escape to give proper response , and denies to pay the refund.
it was very panic to call these travel agents and air lines, daily 4 hours since 12days, but no use
please do the needful
