Online bus ticket booking through make my trip app

I had booked online ticket through make my trip app for travelling from dharamshala to new Delhi on 02/05/2018
As I have obtained Railway reservation for journey and I wish to cancel my ticket. I have regular registered my Complaint through app and email and tried to contact them. However they have taken any step nor any inclination to resolve my issue. I’m going to loose my money if my ticket is not cancelled before 12 hours. Hence I’m feeling helpless and cheated. Kindly take up the matter.
