I have book a hotel from.make my trip trip and when I reach the hotel the hotel I refuse me to enter the hotel and say that it has no tie up with MakeMyTrip I have called MakeMyTrip and they said that they will refund my money in addition to this day also promise that they will provide me compensation by giving me stay at other another Hotel free of cost I book another hotel and still yet they have no refund my money even they are not refund my money which I paid to them I called them many times but they make lame excuses
