MakeMyTrip – Money not refunded

I booked a flight on 17-02-2019 from Singapore to Delhi retrun ticket with Jet Airways. Airline stopped its operations but I never got my money refunded. MakeMy Trip doesnt give me any details about it. Nobody from the company is helping. Please help me resolve this issue. Booking ID – NN2269526982391.
