I booked my Package NL20836740753 for Bali via Make My Trip on September 27, 2017. Everything was fine till 1 day before my Travel date on 01-Dec-2017 to Bali. Due to Natural calamity in Bali on 26-Nov-2017. Make my trip canceled my trip on 30-Nov-2017. They updated on 1st they will update regarding the refund Shortly. It has been a month now i am trying to reach them they are not responding to my Email, phone calls, or my Service request that has been raised for the package, the Servcie Request is already escalated to Level4 that is the highest Level. but they are still not providing any revert or Providing update on the refund.

Whenever I call they just update that Mr. Aakash Kumar is dealing with my case and he will call you back in 24 Hrs with an update. But he never calls back or respond on the Email.

I have been chasing him since 01-12-2017. but no one is responding to my concern or providing a refund.

As per Air Asia my airline partner, they have provided 100% refund on all the flight bookings for duration 25-11-2017 to 10-12-2017.

I am not sure when are they going to provide my refund.
